The issues are (1) whether for an attorney-malpractice claim Skelton was considered "exonerated" under Peller v. Hughes & Luce of a forgery conviction by winning a decision on habeas corpus for ineffective assistance and, if the holding in the plurality Peeler decision is reconsidered, (2) whether her malpractice claim was within time limits under Hughes v. Mahaney & Higgins.

In this expunction case the issues are (1) whether a drunk-driving arrest record may be expunged when court-ordered supervision was served for a possession-of-marijuana charge arising from the same arrest and, if not, (2) whether a nondisclosure order for the possession charge otherwise has any effect on the DWI expunction.
