The State Bar's commitment toward creating a fair and equal legal profession for women and minorities includes many initiatives with support from our Office of Minority Affairs. The Office of Minority Affairs has three primary goals: • To serve minority and women attorneys and legal organizations in Texas • To enhance employment and economic opportunities for minority and women attorneys in the legal profession • To increase involvement by minorities and women in the State Bar

Diversity Resources (Online Resource)  

The State Bar of Texas believes we must play a critical role in helping lawyers and law firms achieve opportunities for women and minority attorneys in our state. The Minority Corporate Counsel Association, Inc. (MCCA) was founded in 1997 to advance the hiring, retention, and promotion of diverse attorneys in legal departments and the law firms that serve them.
